You seem to be doing it consistently, to the point I don't know if I am hearing some wrong or not.

Either way, can you explain?

Sorry in advance for the essay, hopefully I don't fuck up the formatting

The section starting at 0:11 has both the clap that you're referring to (on beats two and four), and a more typical snare sound that is higher in pitch (on various offbeats, and beat four (on-beat) in measures 1, 3 and 4 of each repetition)

The general idea is that I'm prioritising the higher pitched snare in the sections because it isn't present in the other sections

Making them quads when they appear on beat four helps emphasise the importance in terms of rhythmic feel, in contrast to the unemphasised snare hits on the offbeats

The quads also help justify mapping the snares as 16th jumps (12079|1,12079|2 for example) as opposed to doing something like mapping them as singles, and then the following notes as a hand (for the clap)

The section starting at 1:40 only has the claps on 2 and 4, so in that context I feel it makes more sense to just chart those as quads - on that note I added a couple quads that I missed in those sections
