There's no reason this is a 'single trill' pattern.

This is not the only 'single trill' pattern.
I think it should be similar.

I'd say add a note because this sound is quite obvious imo.

The same for 105009 (tho this one is a synth maybe it's up to you here), and 109581 (this one is a piano so).
