Please add +23 to offset like Adri said first before looking at this.

Basically there are still snapping errors which occured in both this diff and Insane diff - they should just be made into 1/2 or 1/4 snappings. I will list them here:

3111|4,3111|2 - need to be snapped to red line (1/2)
8288|1,8288|2 - need to be snapped to white line (1/1)
10427|2,10427|1 - snapped to white
24978|3 - snapped to blue (1/4)

There's also 46849 until 49349 part which I encourage you to slow down the song speed (with pitched enabled) and try to resync / resnap it again

As a reminder most of these also exist in Insane difficulty so please recheck that difficulty as well.
