Please get patterning feedback from Quaver's discord server before submitting a map for rank, ideally. This way you could have learned, for example, that having 28 breaks in a 2:37 song isn't acceptable, and that H isn't a fitting pattern to that song.

FNF breaks are not a valid style of mapping in Quaver. A song must be mapped fully. Therefore this map would be considered unfinished even if the breaks were done correctly, which they aren't, because it is inconsistent when a break should happen and when it should not, and they often begin and end off-beat.
