The chart doesn't seem well represented of the music enough.
Take 57224|4,57435|4,57645|4,57856|4,58093|4 this note "anchoring" (which basically means groups of notes are emphasizing a column more than others) as an example. These do not represent anything in particular of the music - which makes it somewhat arbitrary.
I suggest similar things to Normal difficulty - to go over this again and restructure it to be more accordance to the music.
