Is very similar to https://quavergame.com/mapset/map/56665/mods#mod_5912 but with things being quieter you can actually hear the percussion better, so i dont find the layering as egregious. However, i find the patterning to be counter intuitive and generally confusing.
A trick i find helpful for these kinds of sections: If two jump next to each other share the same sound, then both jumps have 1 note in common. If two jump next to each other have different sounds, then the jumps have 0 note in common.
I STRONGLY disagree with the layering you chose in this section. The percussion is so faint its hard to hear, compared to the loud melody going on. i think it would suit the chart better to layer the melody here instead.
i think you should add the 1/4 lns to these notes. Its not an insane difficulty increase that you should avoid them, and i feel you lose more by not having them.
compared to the notes like 144681|3,144831|3 until 159381 and 202281|2,202431|2,202581|3,202731|3 until 217281 , their sounds are louder than the ones at 69531|3 and other same places, so I gave LNs to represent the louder synths

I heard a 1/1 low pitch afterwards, so fixed as one 1/1 LN
