I think this double is a little bit weird. How I see this chart is that mostly the doubles have no gaps between them (so like [12], [23], or [34]) unless it's a transitional part into something, pitch emphasis, or things of the like. This is one of the few gapped doubles that are out of place with those above.

I think you should play this and delete the 69565|3,69565|4 as you did this vocal bit at 124077|2 (or you could change both to drums as well. However, I think this is probably better to mix variety and vocal emphasis in)
that was an overlook when applying previous mods, i initially chose to map only drums but it was advised to change to vocals, which i cant get mad about cause i usually prefer that

I suggest the part at 49078 - until 54444 do something similar (unless your concept is w drum or something else then it is okay as is).
For starters you could make 50053|2,50053|4 be together ([12], [23], or [34]) and stuffs like 50541|3,50541|4 and 51516|4,51516|3 be a gap apart between the notes.
