The beats are placed accurately. yes vocals come in a bit early, but with everything else in the song its better to have it how it is. once again, if the chart is offsync i'll fix it, but the notes themselves should be accurate.

I'd agree that the sounds dont always start as solidly on the beats as most other notes, but i think i'd rather have the consistent bpm than shift them or the notes around. If you think the entire song is offsync thats fine, but this specific section shouldn't be. This is identical to the sync of https://quavergame.com/mapset/4800 so unless you also have problems with how that was done (i dont see 60ms offsync getting through ranked but you never know)
