Actually based on the next section, perhaps this was intentional. Consider this a suggestion instead to represent this sound here and in the following section, but obviously up to you if you want to do it.
If you look at the waveform at 126850 you'll see a quiet part you can sync the timing point to. I think the map should be moved to offset +15ms or so. At least right now it is definitely not correct.
Metadata suggestions:
There is a missing LN here, based on the sound

I think these could be made into [12] and [34] jumps, which should still be easy for this skill level
I think this jump should be at 87314 instead, but not sure. Give it a listen?
also sounds like there should be jumps at 87558 and 87681
This bit isn't consistent with the above section. 88783|4,88783|3,88905|1,89028|3,89028|2,89150|4,89150|1
neither is the next bit 90497|2,90620|4,90742|1,90742|3,90865|2
The notes you've placed here are incorrect. Try playing the song at a slower rate and you'll hear the difference.
Also missing a note here: 80946
Ghost note?
also at 67048|3
same here 69007|3 except you're also missing a note at 69130
This is a hand, when the previous two times the sound is represented it's a jump. There are crashes at both 45191 and 46171
Really just a suggestion. This sound changes here which could be represented by rolls, but would still allow the player to play it like a jumptrill.
I think it's okay to make this a jumptrill like the rest in this section.
You have 5 LN's to represent the sound here, but the subsequent two times the same sound happens you only use 4 LN's. Please pick one to stick with
Oh three times. I should have scrolled more…
This does sound similar to 33926 but the "LN" sound is less audible here so I think what you have back at 33926 is okay
This pattern differs from how you represent it later at 6742|4,6865|1. I would suggest you pick one

This may apply to other diffs, I haven't looked.
All the timestamps I posted in subsequent mods were with this 15ms offset. Sorry, I didn't realize until after the fact.
