This should be similar to the jack thingy you did at 46380|2,46534|2,46534|3,46687|3,46841|1,46841|2 imho. since the kick is more clear at 48534|3 than at 48380|3 it is very weird that they are on the same column/lane
Moved 48534|3 to 48534|2, and 48841|2 to 48841|3.
could be made jack for the vocal just like what's did for 39764|4,39918|4 , 40841|1,40995|1 etc
I think this one can be ignored as there is not much impact on the vocal (chorus), like some parts you mention above.
Suggest swapping these two notes like so for the note flow to be more accurate with the phrasing:
