i suspect the sv effect from here up to 253235 makes the section kind of memo

the effective hit position is raised about 1/4 beat's worth of msx (117 msx) (msx = a distance of 1 ms at 1.00x scroll velocity), and when coupled with the constant upscroll nature of the effect, reduces the readability of a note by a lot

these two notes seem to be added just to maintain a 1/4 rhythm during the effect, either that or the sounds they represent are imo relatively insignificant compared to the main melody

normalize to 1.00x, or slow the speed down to match the current normalization speed during the ln before this section
