these two notes seem to be added just to maintain a 1/4 rhythm during the effect, either that or the sounds they represent are imo relatively insignificant compared to the main melody

sudden transition into different normalization speed is kinda rude
got rid of the notes before it to make it less sudden
the svs between percussion makes the game look like it's lagging
change long notes to rice or at least extend the first ln to the next chord for gameplay reasons

the 1/2 hihats are not insignificant. but i got rid of 30344|1 as it is
normalize to 1.00x, or slow the speed down to match the current normalization speed during the ln before this section
