These sound the same as 139041|1,139041|2 and 140304|1,140304|4,140462|2,140462|4,140541|3,140541|1 and 145357|3,145357|4,145515|1,145515|2,145593|3,145593|4 where you use two LN's to represent the sound. I think it could work here to represent these as two LN's as well.

Same goes for here: 153884|3,154200|4

This note in particular is strange 154200|4 because as far as I can tell it is the same sound as 144093|4 but you represented it with a longer LN.
