Like PianoLuigi said in the comments, this should be only one note. Try comparing it with 34212 and you'll see that the two are essentially the same, but layered different - which is an inconsistency
From 31612 until 32612 I understand that you're switch focus to the vocal here because there are many singers.
In that case: 32212 would be better as a double. This is so your focus here shines out more.
