inconsistency with 131762|2,132022|4,132087|2 and 129684|1,129944|3,130009|1 and 127606|2,127866|3,127931|2 where you opted for a shield with a note on the blue line (and that's pretty cool actually)

The entire map at least borders on sightreadability and the SV isn't even its main focus as opposed to the challenging rice, but then this happens
I don't really think I have to explain why this is a problem, how you handle that is up to you

sightreadability issue again, the length of the negative sv transition outshines the length of the time period players get to react. A little more negligible is the fact that the players don't really get a smooth transition into a slowjam, but what's not negligible is the speedup at 147216 making the ln at 147216|4 appear to be 1/2 besides the transition itself being questionably fast.
My suggestion would be to remove the LN entirely, and instead make it a bump that makes the latter patterns appear on the screen and starts the transition from slowjam to normal speed.

missing notes at 196244 and 196828

the SVs in the map are generally sightreadable or appear to aim at being sightreadable, so this powerful fakeout fastjam at the end is a miss generator in many ways
either make it tamer for people with an average scroll speed to have a chance at least, or make the SVs "tease" that these notes are coming before they actually come, perhaps by utilising negative SV? Up to you

this gimmick is a direct reference to the official chart, I can change the final value to something slower
