I know this is playing the organ-like sound, but the vocals are pretty clearly on every 2/3 snaps (starting from 7608). Since the vocal is louder + you played it mainly I think this should be snapped to those instead.

Given that they are the same section how likely is it that the rhythm is actually the same? Vocalists are never one beat, especially when you have 9 of them. To my ears this is a slightly early 1/4 melody as charted. If i fix this I'm dick syncing all of the vocals and i dont think that would make for a good playing experience. There are many other places like this in the section, even 1/1 vocals as early as 1/6 off. Given that this is the only section where you would like this to be changed to 1/3 despite many repeats including the chorus, i feel it is best left as 1/4.
eh fair enough. this one just stood out to me at full speed playback that it's late but yea.
