Hi, there is a major issue here. Your mp3 seems to have a bad cut right around the above timestamp that results in the rest of the entire map being offset. If you look at the waveform at 17622 it is very obvious how bad it is.
I would recommend replacing the mp3 and doublechecking that the rest of the map syncs properly once you've done so.
