Another big problem here is that the timing point is set at "-3", which is certainly not the place to start counting the snap of this beat. So i suggest you to set it at "82" with 120 BPM. This should fix the snaps and beats problems.
A tip, make sure that ALL notes are resting on the snap line, sometimes Crtl + A and drag does not align them perfectly on the line, but this problem is very visible, so pay attention to it.

at 18082 (00:18:082) I'll follow your previous pattern by inserting double notes as 19082, for the exact same sound present here too.
Same here 21082, and 23082.
Try to add somethig here 32082, its a starting point for a new beat.
At 32332 I am not very convinced by these long notes, at least for their arrangement. Try something different and less "complicated".
I think that a series of double notes at 36332 might be too much, especially for a normal difficulty map.
This long note 38093|4 starts at 38332 and it last at 38457 (just 1/4), this applies to all other notes above that follow the same sound you tried to follow.
at 45968|4, If you want to start a stairs I'll suggest you to start it on the white snap line at 46082, and make it finish a 47582 (so add a note on the blue line 47457)
