This should be a jump to hand and not a hand to jump to stay consistent with your chosen layering
bouncy effects like this are kinda annoying as they move the ideal reading spot up (assuming downscroll) for the duration of the effect
tbh idk what you could do to avoid it
since the map is like 90% sightreadable, I feel betrayed when there's a "random" unreactable section
Please redo the svs in the unreactable sections so that the map can still be read

use it once at a time immediately after the first timing point to fix the lines in the first section, and use it again at the end of the map to align the lines in the third timing point section
