if you insist on keeping the 1/4 notes, then please atleast reduce the emphasis. something like this could work:

in general applying your suggestion by toning down the 1/4 parts to be like your screenshot
I'd like to keep the very ending at 63933 though. the whole song and each difficulty has a theme of increasing difficulty, so I'd like for the ending to be appropriately challenging.
