These should be short LNs like 13627|3 etc. The reason being that the sounds starts to be louder here + at 15869 - you lengthen the LN 4 beats before the next vocal phrase (16904).
That means this one (the 13110 one) should do the same
Recommending making these vocals as a transition part + consistency with the next part.
