Personally, this makes more sense to be on 4th column as to show the changes in pitch of 62615|1,62769|3,62923|1 this part.
as the drum here is weaker than other places, these trills don't really make sense. I think this part you have to rearrange the pattern a bit to show that the drum is softer than previously.
