I would say these kinds of patternings (as it's played on one hand) are a bit jarring for an Easy difficulty. You should try move some notes to the right hand
ah it seems like these are used throughout.
you could ignore this then as it is less of a problem than the previously mentioned releases imo. However, you can also go through the difficulty again but that would be too much of a hassle.
102154 this patterning instead of doing a 3 column left-right "stair" patterning, you could emphasize 102153|2,102307|4,102461|3 these with repetition - here's an image you could use to maybe help w the idea here:
similarly to https://quavergame.com/mapset/map/57194/mods#mod_6070 , you could extend this to be aligned with the next note as to help aid with releases.

The releases for these are really tricky for an Easy difficulty. These holds should be extended to the start of the next hold so that players do not have to worry as much about release accuracy.

there are many more it seems. I would say that these all required changes in one way or the other as I do think these hold are too fast (the 1/3 length ones) to end without another note's support (as it you have to time the releases).
